(KCPW News) Just over seven weeks remain before Salt Lake County voters will choose their next mayor. We’ll catch up with Republican candidate Mark Crockett to talk about his ideas for restructuring county government.
Crockett and opponent Ben McAdams will appear at a Meet the County Mayor Candidates Night on September 26th, co-hosted by KCPW and Salt Lake County’s Council on Diversity Affairs.
And on the week of the anniversary of the September 11th attacks, journalist Kurt Eichenwald has reignited the debate over how much the Bush Administration knew about a looming attack by Al Qaeda in the months leading up to the tragedy. He talked with us about his controversial piece and his new book on the days after 9/11.
