(KCPW News) The Utah Division of Wildlife Resources has a new leader. Governor Gary Herbert announced today the appointment of Greg Sheehan as the division’s new director.
Sheehan has worked for the DWR for 20 years and has served as its Administrative Services Chief since 2002. He has played an important role in the expansion of fish hatchery production and land access programs, as well as the enhancement of wildlife habitat.
Sheehan will replace Jim Karpowitz, who is retiring December 1.
