(KCPW News) Governor Gary Herbert announced on Thursday that he will not sign a water sharing agreement with the state of Nevada. Among other things, the agreement would have authorized the construction of a pipeline from the Snake Valley in Utah’s West Desert to Las Vegas. KCPW’s Roger McDonough spoke with the Governor shortly after the decision was announced.
