(KCPW News) Spring is in full swing and warmer weather means better business for Salt Lake City’s mobile food vendors. KCPW’s Roger McDonough made a field trip to the Gallivan Center for “Food Truck Thursday,” a weekly lunch event that features a rotating assortment of food on wheels.
