(KCPW–August 26, 2013) On October 1st, people currently without health insurance will be able to sign up through Utah’s on-line marketplace or exchange. Coverage will start on January 1st of next year. Reporter Kim Schuske talked to Randal Serr from the Utah Health Policy Project about the individual marketplace and has this report.
