(KCPW News) Republican Representative Becky Lockhart, Speaker of the Utah House, discussed Utah’s alcohol regulations on Wednesday afternoon at a policy summit held in advance of the state legislative session. Her remarks came the day after the LDS Church released a statement saying that the liquor laws currently on the Utah books are beneficial for the state. KCPW’s Roger McDonough has the story.
