(KCPW News) Last week, Utah legislators hosted a “Legislative Summit on the Transfer of Public Lands,” with representatives from many Western states. Late on Friday afternoon, those lawmakers held a joint press conference to publicly voice their support for a state takeover of federally-managed public lands.
