Today we rebroadcast a conversation from December with Miriah Meyer, a computer scientist at the University of Utah who is having an impact on the way researchers look at data. Dr. Meyer is a pioneer in the field of visualization, which uses graphic computer representations to help scientists better understand their own data. She’s a 2013 TED Fellow and has been listed among the magazine Fast Company’s list of the 100 most creative people. That conversation, plus your top local headlines – including a look at Saturday’s ATV protest ride through Recapture Canyon.
