(KCPW News) Debate season for the 2014 election kicked off on Tuesday with a bout between Republican Mia Love and Democrat Doug Owens. The two are running to replace U.S. Rep. Jim Matheson in Utah’s Fourth District, who is retiring after his current term in office.
