(KCPW News) U.S. House Rep. Jim Matheson formally announced his support on Tuesday for Democrat Doug Owens, who is running for Matheson’s seat in Utah’s Fourth Congressional District. Owens faces competition from Republican and former Saratoga Springs Mayor Mia Love, who narrowly lost to Matheson in 2012.
