Today, we speak with the ACLU of Utah’s John Mejia about his organization’s letter of warning to the Salt Lake City Council over their own planned letter to Days of ’47 parade organizers. The council had planned to encourage the parade to accept an entry from the LGBT-LDS group Mormons Building Bridges. Mejia said that action could violate the First Amendment. Plus, the local news.
