
(KCPW News) With just a few days before a court-ordered deadline, the state of Utah has announced it is appealing a ruling that would force the state to recognize over 1,300 same-sex marriages. State officials also be requested a stay pending appeal at the Tenth Circuit Court, which was granted on Thursday.
