The Utah Arts Festival, which runs this Thursday through Sunday, is in its 38th year. We’ll speak with Arts Festival Executive Director Lisa Sewell, and with Topher Horman, who manages the event’s Fear No Film Festival, to get a preview of this beloved downtown event.
