SCOTUS Rejects ACA Contraceptives Mandate, Citing Religious Liberty

(KCPW News) The United States Supreme Court ruled Monday morning that “closely held” corporations are not obligated to offer contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act. The decision was a victory for the defendants, including Hobby Lobby, as well as other employers who say being forced to pay for workers’ contraception is a violation of their religious liberties.
