(KCPW News) After foregoing a KUED press conference last month, Utah Governor Gary Herbert was back in front of the media fielding a wide range of questions. But on a day when the governor’s Healthy Utah plan faced scrutiny at the Capitol, questions regarding healthcare were again at the forefront on Thursday.
