(KCPW News) Thursday marks the opening of the second annual Salt Lake Comic Con—not to be confused with the San Diego Comic-Con. Before the doors even opened this afternoon, the sidewalk outside the Salt Palace Convention Center was packed with a snaking line of pop culture fanatics.
As is tradition at Comic Con, many attendees participated in cosplay—dressing up as memorable fictional characters from fantasy and sci-fi lore.
In honor of Joan River’s legendary fashion analysis, KCPW’s Ryan Cunningham decided to give cosplayers the red carpet treatment by asking them, “Who are you?” Here’s what they had to say.
