(KCPW News) The Utah Debate Commission set out on its maiden voyage Tuesday night in Ogden. The commission held its very first debate—a fast-paced exchange between Rep. Rob Bishop and challenger Donna McAleer. The two candidates are vying for Utah’s First District in the U.S. House of Representatives.
