(KCPW News) Maryann Martindale, Executive Director of the nonprofit, good government group Alliance for a Better Utah joins KCPW’s Roger McDonough for regular updates from the state legislative session. Today they revisit a consent law controversy and look at smooth-sailing (so far) for a bill to ratify Governor Gary Herbert’s Healthy Utah Plan.
