A sales tax hike would fund increased bus services, says the Utah Transit Authority. More Utah youth are e-smoking. SAGE test scores improved in all subject areas throughout the state. And fatal overdoses from prescription drug abuse in Utah are up five percent since 2013, exceeding all other drug-related deaths.
