The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour (Air date: October 7, 2015) – Last week a group of Utah lawmakers and health care policy analysts gathered to discuss the latest proposal to expand Medicaid for low-income Utahns – branded as Utah Access Plus. The panel includes Sen. Brian Shiozawa, Rep. Marie Poulson, and Laura Summers, a healthcare policy analyst with the Leavitt Group. The panel was moderated by Rylee Curtis, a Medicaid Policy Analyst with the Utah Health Policy Project.
