The Bottom Line – Founded in the summer of 2008, BambooHR provides HR software for small and mid-size companies.  In just 7 years, the company has grown to approximately 100 employees, serves clients in over 80 countries and works with an impressive list of clients – including Lyft, FitBit and SoundCloud.  Towards the end of 2014, BambooHR was recognized as the Best Small Company to work for in Utah beating out well know firms like Tanner LLC and Grant Thornton.  In this interview Ben Peterson, CEO of BambooHR, shares how he and his co-founder Ryan Sanders, beat the financial crisis and built a company that they and their employees are proud of.
