IMG_4133The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour (Air date: February 10/13, 2016) — Earlier this week the Hinckley Institute of Politics hosted a forum on Salt Lake County’s proposed new approach to reforming its criminal justice system.  The so-called “Pay-for-Success” model promises to use more data-driven and evidence-based practices to meet the county’s goals to reduce offender recidivism which costs taxpayers a lot of money every year.  The panelists include council members Jenny Wilson and Aimee Winder Newton, and the Government Policy Director, of the University of Utah’s Sorenson Impact Center, Kerri Nakamura.  This discussion was recorded on February 8, 2016.
