In the second segment the gang discusses an advancing bill to ban the death penalty in Utah; advancing bills to expand Medicaid; the presidential race and plans for Salt Lake City to host a GOP debate in March; Trump’s local supporters; and Washington gridlock over replacing the late Justice Scalia.
