The Bottom Line –(original air date May 26, 2015) Sara Dansie Jones is a technology executive, talent strategist, and co-founder of Women Tech Council, a community of over 7,000 members actively engaged in supporting and encouraging women to enter and thrive in the tech industry.  Jones is also the former CEO of Applicant Pro – a software firm that simplifies the hiring process for companies.

Since we first aired our interview with Jones she has left Applicant Pro, and now manages her own consulting firm, called Ifinidi, where she helps busy executives with revenue strategy, talent management and career development.  Doug spoke with Sara about the challenges facing women in the tech industry, and about her work at the time with Applicant Pro.
