Since we first aired our interview with Jones she has left Applicant Pro, and now manages her own consulting firm, called Ifinidi, where she helps busy executives with revenue strategy, talent management and career development.  Doug spoke with Sara about the challenges facing women in the tech industry, and about her work at the time with Applicant Pro.
