The Film Center’s 6th annual Tumbleweeds Film Festival takes place at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in downtown Salt Lake City on September 23–25, 2016. Jason and Elizabeth offer a preview of this unique festival, which offers international independent films geared toward children and adults alike.
