Jesse Dean, Director or Urban Development for the Downtown Alliance joins Jason for a preview of the updated Downtown Rising Action Plan, which is meant to inform and inspire policymakers and local stakeholders. The original plan identified 8 priority projects for Salt Lake City from regional rail to the Eccles Theater. The new plan looks at emerging trends, from residential growth to the arrival of technology companies, from infrastructure needs to a sports and entertainment district – and beyond.
