The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour — Utah state legislators took on many contentious issues this year including homelessness, medical marijuana, transportation, and multiple ballot initiatives. On Friday, March 9th, a panel of lawmakers gathered at the Hinckley Institute of Politics to review the past session and discuss the highlights.
The panelists included: Rep. Brian King, Rep. Angela Romero, Speaker of the House Greg Hughes, Senate President Wayne Niederhauser, and moderating the conversation was Jason Perry, Director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics.
The Hinckley Institute Radio Hour is a weekly program featuring forums on local, national, and international issues important to people living in Utah. The program airs every Wednesday at 10 AM and Saturday at 9 AM. Hosted by Anthony Scoma, the program highlights and contextualizes the forums presented by the Hinckley Institute of Politics every fall and spring semester at the University of Utah.
