According to a new report by Western Resource Advocates, carbon dioxide emissions are declining for the first time in 20 years in Utah as well as four other western interior states. KCPW’s Charlotte Duren talked with the author of the report to find out how the retirement of a number of coal-fired power plants is improving air quality.
