(KCPW News) The tough economy could mean no hard time for hundreds, and eventually thousands of Utah’s criminals. Wednesday morning, Utah lawmakers heard testimony from the state Department of Corrections. KCPW’s Jessica Gail reports on why some criminals could be out on the street in as little as a few weeks.
