
(KCPW–June 27, 2013) This summer, five groups are looking at possible ways to expand health care to currently uninsured Utahns. Two possibilities are to either fully or partially expand Medicaid, but many Utah politicians are opposed to these options. For this reason, during the last legislative session a working group was formed to gather and report on the feasibility of expanding charity care. KCPW’s Kim Schuske looked into this option and has this report.
