Play

Both Sides of the Aisle – Natalie Gochnour is joined on The Right by Sen. Dan McCay, R-Riverton, and on The Left by Shireen Ghorbani, former Salt Lake County Council member. They discuss the ongoing invasion of Ukraine, the U.N. vote condemning Russian annexation, the clean-up after Hurricane Ian, the unprecedented federal debt and a lawsuit to halt President Biden’s student loan forgiveness program. They also discuss the final steps in approving a new state flag, Sen. Mike Lee’s bill to overturn medication price controls, Evan McMullin’s lawsuit over a misleading political ad and Salt Lake County Council voting to condemn the gondola plan for Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Glad to have you back Dan!

So Dan’s on the record for Mike Lee winning 20+ points over Evan McMullen, and Natalie has 10 to 15 points. Lots can change between now and then, but I’ll be curious to see who ends up being a better predictor!
