A national survey shows Utah has the lowest number of underage drinkers in the country. The National Survey on Drug Use and Health shows just 14.3 percent of Utah teens surveyed reported using alcohol during the previous month, more than twelve percent below the national average.

After a week of deliberating, the West Valley City Council announced last night it will not be releasing any files relating to the disappearance of Susan Cox Powell. Mayor Pro Tem Corey Rushton said the council came to the unanimous decision after viewing the police files themselves.
