Dr. Carol Masheter was a research chemist, University of Utah professor and epidemiologist. But at age 50, her life turned upside down and she took up high-altitude mountaineering to cope with grief, anger and stress. Since then, she’s climbed all seven of the Seven Summits and is the oldest woman to have done so. On Monday, Masheter joins us to talk about endurance and adventure in life’s second act.
