(KCPW News) In light of recent events in Ferguson, Mo., as well as the shooting incident involving a 20-year-old man and a Salt Lake City police officer, Chief Chris Burbank invited reporters to attend a question-and-answer session on Tuesday.
Burbank spoke on a range of issues for nearly fifty minutes, but the question of when the use of force by police is justified dominated discussion.

Race shooting in Ferguson??? Nice going media man. You have no proof it was a race shooting. But, hey, you’re the media, you need no proof of anything to make your assumptions.
