(KCPW News) In light of recent events in Ferguson, Mo., as well as the shooting incident involving a 20-year-old man and a Salt Lake City police officer, Chief Chris Burbank invited reporters to attend a question-and-answer session on Tuesday.
Burbank spoke on a range of issues for nearly fifty minutes, but the question of when the use of force by police is justified dominated discussion.
